MOOS Maker is a web-based modular building configurator that allows corporations and real-estate developers to test-fit sites with building from “In the Middle of Our Street” (MOOS).
MOOS is a Dutch modular housing startup that develops a circular, sustainable building system for affordable housing.
The configurator allows its users to find a plot within the Netherlands, input the desired unit-mix and typology to generate a suitable building. The building can then be edited and tweaked to get a desirable outcome. All the while, building costs and other relevant metrics (GFA, UFA, units, mix) are updated to reflect the user’s changes.
